The primary spokesperson for ARIDO is the President. Should the President not be available then an appropriate representative of the Association will be selected to meet media requests.
Many ARIDO members are also available to speak to the media or appear on television programs about interior design and the role it plays in the spaces where we work, live and play.
ARIDO’s mandate is to serve the interests of both the public and the interior design industry. It does this by registering interior designers who meet an established standard of education, experience and examination.
It is ARIDO’s role to regulate and govern the conduct of all ARIDO members through a code of ethics, established rules of professional conduct and standards of practice. ARIDO also receives and considers complaints from the public and sets forth disciplinary action if deemed necessary.
