Prior to the meeting ARIDO will host In Conversation With...This year's guest is Andrew Pride, vice president of Minto's Green Team, a group of professionals providing insight and guidance on award-winning sustainable design strategies. Andrew has more than 20 years of experience in the energy management and sustainability field. He spearheaded Minto's environmental achievements including Minto Roehampton, the first high-rise, multi-residential building to achieve LEED, Gold Canada; a LEED, Gold Candidate office building at 180 Kent Street, Toronto; and Minto's Inspiration House, an EQuilibrium Net Zero single family home.
Our president, Deborah Rutherford, will chair the business portion of the meeting and provide an update on the strategic direction of the Association, including an exciting update on ARIDO's new corporate headquarters and the introduction of a new set of Bylaws for ARIDO.
This year's Honours and Fellows will be recognized, and presentations will be made to winners of the scholarships and awards.
